Accounting Administrator

Your efforts result in a correct, complete, and timely financial administrative process and you continuously support the broader Finance Team and other departments with financial administrative information.

We are looking for a highly motivated specialist with at least 5-year of relevant work experience who finds it challenging to come and work in a complex organization.

• Prepares, files, and enters invoices and payments into the financial accounting system (SAP business by design);
• Processes credit card expenditures;
• Prepares payments in the online banking system;
• Answers questions from vendors, suppliers, and employees regarding payments;
• Monitor accounts receivables and if needed send out reminders to customers;
• Identifies possible shortcomings for checking the accuracy of the finance procedures and propose possible solutions;

• You have an Associate degree (MBO+) in a (financial) administrative field;
• Minimum of 5 years of Accounting experience;
• Hands-on mentality, accurate, analytic and strong communication skills;
• Work according to the timelines;
• Quality, accuracy, and completeness of financial data and filing;
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch;
• Experience with Excel and experience with SAP is a requirement.
