Experienced Market Strategy Manager (Inside Sales)

Zeist, Netherlands

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and undertake prospection activities (through email, cold-calling, LinkedIn and other relevant channels);
  • Collect and analyze market data including using database search tools to identify potential leads and opportunities;
  • Support Business Development potential leads;
  • Support and arrange client meetings, ensuring both logistical and content preparation;
  • Maintain CRM tool and master lists up to date.

  • Bachelor’s degree (biomedical science or related field is a plus);
  • Strong affinity with business development;
  • Knowledge of database search tools;
  • Currently working as Inside Sales or similar role;
  • Strong track record;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, tenacious;
  • Strong initiative and creativity;
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills;
  • Ability to listen, identify client needs, and pivot accordingly;
  • Proficient in English;
  • Living in Europe.
