Training Manager (0,8-1,0 FTE)

Based in Zeist, in the Utrecht area, Julius Clinical is a scientific full-service CRO with over 160 dedicated professionals. We specialize in conducting clinical trials in Neurology, Cardiometabolic & Renal, and Infectious Diseases. Collaborating with partners and affiliates worldwide, we strive to address unmet medical needs in conditions such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and ALS.

As our Training Manager, you will be pivotal in developing, coordinating, implementing, and maintaining training and development programs for Julius Clinical and its affiliates. Your strategic and hands-on approach will ensure our team possesses the knowledge and skills required to excel, adhering to applicable laws and regulations.

  • Design and implement innovative training programs that foster professional development.
  • Build trust-based relationships with leaders, employees, and HR Business Partners to support a leader-influenced approach to Learning & Development.
  • Create lean training programs using cutting-edge tools.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, assessing their impact on training requirements.
  • Communicate the training strategy and address related issues effectively.
  • Onboarding of employees.
  • Oversee the setup, implementation, and execution of all training-related processes and systems, including training administration, documentation, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ensure training files are inspection-ready.
  • Support the assessment of individual, team, and company-wide learning needs, developing impactful and scalable learning opportunities in collaboration with the HR Department, stakeholders, and internal subject matter experts.
  • Deliver high-quality training programs.
  • Enhance the skills and knowledge levels of Julius Clinical resources.
  • Establish and maintain function-specific training requirements and development programs.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Higher level of education with a continuous record of leadership and talent development.
  • Extensive knowledge of legislation, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a GCP-regulated environment.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in training, instructing, and educating clinical trial employees.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Dutch and English.
