As a Technician within the Analytical Development team, you support the development and execution of analytical methods used in mRNA and LNP process development. In this hands-on laboratory role, you perform routine analytical assays, support scientists in ongoing projects and contribute to maintaining high-quality laboratory operations. You work closely with cross-functional teams and play an important role in generating reliable analytical data to support development and manufacturing activities.

What you will do
- Perform routine analytical assays to support mRNA and LNP process development projects.
- Generate, document and communicate analytical results according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Support scientists in method development activities and laboratory experiments.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, materials and facilities to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure all analytical work is performed in accordance with SOPs and quality guidelines.
- Use statistical tools and data analysis methods to evaluate experimental results.
- Collaborate with Process Development, QC and QA teams to support project and manufacturing needs.
What we are looking for
- MBO, HBO or Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
- Strong hands-on laboratory skills, including pipetting and routine lab techniques.
- Experience with analytical methods such as liquid chromatography (e.g. HPLC) and immunoassays such as ELISA is preferred.
- Interest or experience in RNA or LNP analytics is considered a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform structured routine laboratory work.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to document work clearly in English.
