The actual location of this job is in either Visp, Switzerland, Galeen, Netherlands or Houston, TX, USA. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed.
What you’ll do

Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives that accelerate platform growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.

Drive the agenda and execution of the Platform Leadership Team , ensuring alignment with business priorities and timely delivery of outcomes.

Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and strategic submissions , including business cases, investment proposals, and performance reviews.

Establish and maintain a robust project governance framework , ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment across all key partners.

Track and report on strategic project portfolios , including critical metrics, risks, and interdependencies, to enable data-driven decisions.

Act as a strategic thought partner to platform leaders, contributing to the definition and refinement of long-term priorities and growth scenarios.

Facilitate internal communication and change management efforts to enhance platform visibility and engagement across the organization.

Serve as the primary liaison for growth and transformation projects , ensuring seamless coordination between Commercial, Operations, SGIE, and Finance
What we’re looking for
-
Proven experience in the life sciences sector , ideally combining strategy consulting and industry roles with exposure to biologics, cell & gene, or other specialized modalities.

Strong background in strategic project management , with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment.

Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives , with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Solid understanding of business case development , investment governance (e.g., CAR processes), and performance tracking.

Experience with CAPEX project oversight and knowledge of aseptic manufacturing or fill & finish is a strong plus.

Master’s degree or equivalent in Science, Engineering, Business , or a related field.

Business-fluent English and a proactive, analytical, and collaborative mentality .
