As a Manager EDS Bioconjugates you will lead a team that supports the preparation of ADCs for external collaborations with biotech/pharma companies. You will work closely with the business development colleagues and will be involved in early partnering discussions. Key tasks include; first point of contact for partners, planning and tracking of the different projects, communicate progress with the partners and support and supervise the team where required . In addition you will be responsible for the reporting of projects (internal and external) as well as keeping other project related documentation up to date

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a team of Scientists, Senior Research Associates and Research Associates within the EDS Bioconjugation team. This includes performance review, goal setting, implementation of personal development plans and provide timely constructive feedback.

  • Support BD team during initial partnering calls as subject matter expert.

  • Define, draft and/or provide input for workplans related to external collaborations in conjunction with ADC preparation.

  • Oversee the planning, coordination and tracking of external collaboration projects.

  • Provide communication with customers regarding timelines, costs and progress of projects.

  • E nsures timely delivery of high-quality ADCs to customers within the agreed timelines and costs.

  • Ensure timely delivery of project-related documentation including certificates of testing ( CoTs ) and final reports.

What we’re looking for :

  • PhD degree in Bio organic or bio medical engineering or related field s .

  • 5 - 10 years of experience with project management in an operational setting (biotech , pharma, CDMO).

  • Strong commitment to project deliverables and customer focused.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong analytical skills (qualitative & quantitative ).

  • Ability to work autonomously .

  • Strong team player mentality and ability to motivate people.

  • Experience with various bioconjugation chemistry techniques and preferably hands-on e xperience with handling antibodies .

  • Creative and problem solving personality.

  • Ability to lead, motivate and support a team.

  • 3-4 days onsite in Oss.
