As a Project Manager Bioconjugation Tech Transfer y ou will manage different, ADC-related, multifunctional, customer projects and provide support to customers and their project-related requests. Key tasks include; technical alliance management including planning and tracking of the different projects, and provide technical support. Moreover, you will communicate progress with customers and internal stakeholders as well as interact with the technical team. In addition you will be responsible for project reporting (internal and external) as well as keeping other project related documentation up to date.

Partake in multifunctional internal and external project teams

Communicate progress with customers and internal stakeholders

Oversee financial status of projects
What we’re looking for:

BSc or MSc in the field of Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Molecular Biology, Biosciences.

1-3 years experience with project management in an operational setting

Strong commitment to project deliverables and customer focused

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong analytical skills (qualitative & quantitative)

Ability to work autonomously

Strong team player mentality and ability to motivate people

Problem solving and flexible personality
