Your Role:
Join our dynamic team in the Amsterdam office, where you'll take charge of a client portfolio across EMEA, APAC, and NA. Your mission? Ensure smooth payment processes by engaging with our key customers about outstanding invoices and missing information. Your keen attention to detail will shine as you monitor accounts and collaborate with various departments to provide timely updates on urgent cases. You'll handle disputes, follow up on payment commitments, and work closely with local Finance to manage risks effectively. This role offers great opportunities for growth and a clear career path as you develop your skills in a supportive, international environment.
Who You Are:
- Preferably you have a degree in Business or a related field.
- You are fluent in English.
- You excel in customer interactions and know how to prioritize your tasks effectively.
- Enjoy an international team setting and collaborating with others.
- Have strong communication skills and are a true team player.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and managing accounts.
