Your role:

Join our team as an Instrument & Field Service Representative and be the go-to person for hardware and maintenance processes! You’ll support both internal and external customers, ensuring a smooth administrative experience and enhancing customer satisfaction. Based in a western European country, you’ll also assist other regions as needed. Your key responsibilities include processing customer equipment orders, managing backorders, and coordinating with various service teams like technical support and field engineers. You’ll handle customer requests for invoices, monitor hardware orders and service contracts, and collaborate closely with sales for order processing and invoicing. This role offers great opportunities for growth and the chance to make a real impact on customer experience.

Who you are:

  • Ideally have 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service environment.

  • Proficient in French or German and English languages.

  • Experience with SAP and Oracle systems are a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—along with a positive attitude toward customer interactions.
