We are looking for an Alliance Manager to be based at one of our sites in the EURAM (Europe, Middle East or North Africa) region.

Our poultry team is dedicated to delivering innovative products, services, and support to our EURAM poultry key accounts. We engage in various activities such as market analysis, customer engagement, and product development, all aimed at enhancing animal health and driving industry success.
Purpose of the role
The Alliance Manager plays a critical role in monitoring sales and relationship performance across key poultry accounts, while actively collaborating with local and regional teams, including key account directors, operations, finance, and country organizations. This coordination ensures the successful execution of commercial strategies and unlocks growth opportunities for the poultry business.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring sales and relationship performance across key poultry accounts, while fostering strong collaboration between local and regional functions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Tracking and analyzing key account performance, including sales trends, customer engagement, and relationship metrics.
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration among key account management, marketing, operations, finance, and country teams to ensure a unified approach to customer success.
- Supporting the development and execution of strategic account plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Building and maintaining strong internal and external partnerships with stakeholders across the organization and poultry key accounts.
- Implementing tools and systems that enhance account visibility and operational efficiency for key account managers.
- Sharing market intelligence and customer insights to inform decision-making and strengthen account strategies.
- Driving customer engagement initiatives, including tailored programs, exclusive events, and value-added services.
- Establishing and reviewing performance metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement in key account management efforts.
- Adapting to evolving business needs, embracing change, and promoting a culture of agility and innovation
Your profile
- Excellent analytical abilities to interpret customer data and market trends.
- Ability to facilitate collaboration across different functions and regions. Building partnerships, developing and leveraging relationships within and across work groups to achieve results.
- Proficiency in implementing and managing digital systems and tools.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic plans.
- Applying creative courage, proactively confronting difficult issues, being willing to offer creative alternatives, making valiant choices and taking bold action in the face of opposition or fear.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Proven ability to develop customer engagement programs.
- Familiarity with setting and measuring performance metrics and KPIs.
- Prioritizing and planning, establishing an action plan for self and others to complete work efficiently and on time by setting priorities, establishing timelines and leveraging resources.
- Communicating effectively, conveying information and ideas clearly and concisely to individuals or groups in an engaging manner that helps them understand and retain the message; listening actively to others.
