You ensure all content, tools, platforms, events and trainings are high-quality, compliant and easy for both customers and field teams to use.

Reporting to the Strategic Portfolio Lead – Companion Animals (Netherlands), your role is to build scalable engagement and enablement programs that drive awareness, conversion, adherence, and retention. You will manage the engagement calendar and delivery roadmap, oversee agencies and vendors, and collaborate with Digital & Data teams to track and enhance performance.

Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Monitor performance and continuously optimize campaigns and channels.

  • Lead professional education programs with strong scientific and compliance standards.

  • Build consumer education journeys that encourage adherence and repeat engagement.

  • Manage speakers, event agendas, certifications, and follow-ups.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4+ years of experience in customer engagement, marketing programs, education/enablement, or event/experience delivery, ideally within animal health, healthcare, or related B2B/B2B2C environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver omnichannel programs and successfully manage external agencies and vendors; strong organizational and project management capabilities.

  • Experience developing professional (CE/CPD) and/or consumer education journeys; comfortable engaging with scientific or technical content.

  • Data-informed and analytically minded, with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.

  • Strong collaborator with the ability to build effective relationships across commercial, medical/veterinary, and digital/data teams.

  • Creative and proactive problem-solver with a test-and-learn mindset; able to stay focused and adaptable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written); additional languages such as French are an asset.

  • Based in or able to travel to Boxmeer, with flexibility to travel across the Netherlands (~20–30%) for customer programs, events, and collaboration.
