Our company produces and packages veterinary medicinal products. The production organization consists of several Integrated Process Teams and Centers of Excellence. The IPT Inactivated Vaccines and Pharmaceuticals formulates and fills inactivated vaccines and pharmaceutical products in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice and Environment, Health & Safety laws and regulations.

Purpose of the role

You will join our team as a Production Specialist Inactivated Vaccines and Pharmaceuticals in Boxmeer. In this role, you will have the chance to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions will truly matter. This role is vital to ensuring that our vaccines are manufactured in a safe, robust, cost-effective, and compliant manner, in line with GMP guidelines and procedures.

Key responsibilities

As a Production Specialist, you will take on various responsibilities including:

  • Leading business unit-/site-wide projects/product transfers
  • Serving as Subject Matter Expert on product quality related issues
  • Actively leading and participating in cross-functional investigations
  • Developing proposals and business cases for improvement projects
  • Monitoring and analyzing data, and evaluating the consequences of external guidelines

Your Profile

  • An academic degree in biomedical / life sciences / process.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a production organization, preferably with pharmaceutical / biological / chemical work experience.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of excellent project management skills.
  • Preferably knowledge of GMP standards and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English languages.
