Associate Specialist, Supply Chain Management – Early Leadership Development Program (ELDP)

The position

Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Early Leadership Development Program (ELDP) seeks an Associate Specialist. The program's purpose is to nurture, inspire and develop founders by offering a best -in-class continuous development opportunity for individuals willing to gain experience in Supply Chain Management, Global Trade compliance, Demand Fulfillment, Digital twin and robotic process automation and, Distribution & Logistics as a steppingstone for future roles with Organon.

Welcome to our team

Our Supply Chain team ensures inventory is consistently available to meet customer demand. We coordinate all aspects of supply through supply planning, sourcing, making, inventory management, packaging, and delivery. We partner across the Marketing, Finance and Manufacturing organizations to build a robust demand and supply plan and ensure we get products to the right customer, at the place, at the right time. You will also have the opportunity of using advanced analytics to drive efficiency including digital twin and robotic process automation via rotational assignments

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following: Business, Supply Chain / Logistics, Bio engineering, Engineering / Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering or any related Business or Engineering field.
  • Proficient in Excel and advanced analytics methods.
  • Highly organized profile with customer focus, proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to effectively speak with senior management.
  • Team player that is also capable of working independently and deal with pressure.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
