De Afdeling Quality Control Analytical Chemistry(QC-AC) is onderdeel van het Qualilty Operations en bestaat uit diverse laboratoria. De labs zijn verantwoordelijk voor het correct en tijdig uitvoeren van fysische en (bio-)chemische testen op eindproducten, grondstoffen, API’s en verpakkingsmaterialen.

Over de functie

De Senior Lab Technician is verantwoordelijke voor de coördinatie en planning van de stabiliteitswerkzaamheden, waarbij de volgende taken onderdeel uitmaken van de functie :

Primaire verantwoordelijkheden

• Opstellen en review van stabiliteit protocollen en rapporten,
• Beantwoorden van vragen t.b.v. klachten,
• Updaten van Stability Master protocollen (aan de hand van Change requests / QN’s).
• Vertegenwoordigd stabiliteitsgroep tijdens interne / externe audits.
• Bewaken van de kwaliteit van de reguliere stabiliteitstaken (monsterbeheer klimaatkamer, lab documentatie, stabiliteitsrapporten, deviations en changes).
• Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden t.a.v. werkwijzen binnen de groep. Doen van verbetervoorstellen en deze na goedkeuring (mede) implementeren.
• Het leiden van (internationale) projecten op het gebied van stabiliteit en het coördineren van de activiteiten.

Jouw profiel

• HBO- werk- en denkniveau, bijvoorbeeld een afgeronde HLO Analytische Chemie.
• Gedegen kennis van de relevante Stability processen, theoretische kennis van alle kwaliteitssystemen en achtergronden.
• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als chemisch analist, bij voorkeur in de farmaceutische industrie.
• (Intrinsiek) resultaatgericht en stressbestendig.
• Accuraat, kwaliteits- en servicegericht.
• In staat om verantwoordelijkheid en initiatief te nemen.
• Hands-on mentaliteit en flexibel ingesteld.
• In staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te functioneren.
• Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheden in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
• Percentage in dienst min 80%.
