For our offices in Amsterdam, we are currently looking for a:
Supply Chain Fulfillment Coordinator
The position
Reporting to the Manager Demand Fulfillment as a Supply Chain Fulfillment Coordinator you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring continuous and timely supply into internal and external customers. You will maintain and build relationships with the assigned customers, with the relevant supply sites and other stakeholders (End to End (E2E) Planners, Global Logistics, Finance and Quality). You will act as primary contact for the customer, i.e.receive, analyze and processes their forecasts and orders and manage their inventory and deliveries and support new product introductions.
This is all done with the objective to reach maximum customer satisfaction, at consummate cost, ensuring optimal supply chain performance in compliance with established guidelines and procedures.

The Demand Fulfillment team is an important part of Organon’s Supply Chain Organization. You will be working in an international diverse team of 8 Specialists and a Manager. It oversees the downstream part of the supply chain, from packaging sites to distribution centers. We are expecting you to provide services to accommodate our customers in the best possible way.
Responsibilities
SUPPLY
- Identify and resolve (potential) supply issues.
- Follow up and ensure timely deliveries.
- Inform the customer on significant supply events and developments in the supply chain.
INVENTORY
- Monitor inventory levels.
- Take pro-active actions to avoid Inventory of Questionable Value (IQV) and discards.
- In case of IQV and discards, take appropriate steps according to (financial) guidelines.
COMMUNICATION
- Participate and contribute to S&OP and leading operational meetings with the assigned customers.
- Ensure efficient and effective communication to internal and external customers and process stakeholders.
- Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one or multiple topics.
- Lead and contribute to Supply and Market meetings.
REPORTING
- Generate, analyze reports, metrics and KPI’s regarding demand, supply, master data and inventory.
- Support own markets with data analyzes and leadership reports.
Required Education, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or proven equivalent work experience in a related business concentration (Supply Chain, Project Management, Logistics, Planning, Procurement, Business Planning or equivalent).
- At least 4 years of experience in a Supply Chain Management/ Customer Service environment.
- Experience with demand planning and knowledge of and experience with MRP systems
- Strong customer focused mentality.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details and accuracy.
- Broad understanding and knowledge of business processes.
- Ability to function in a high-volume setting with tight deadlines.
- Teamwork and collaborative focus.
- Strong social and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
