Organon zoekt een ervaren Talent Scout (Sourcer) die zowel Nederlands als Frans spreekt om ons Europese Talent Scout team te versterken. In deze rol speel je een cruciale rol in het vormgeven van onze toekomst.
Over de functie
Als Talent Scout ondersteun je onze zoektocht naar hoogwaardig talent om bij Organon te komen werken. Je adviseert ook Talent Attraction Business Partners en bedrijfsleiders over marktgegevens en talentinzichten. Deze functie vereist een mindset van voortdurende verbetering om toekomstige wervingsstrategieën vorm te geven en hoogwaardige werving te garanderen die aansluit bij de aanwervingsdoelen van Organon. Om interdisciplinaire samenwerking te bevorderen, is dit een hybride functie, en we zoeken iemand die indien nodig naar onze locaties in Oss, Nederland of Heist, België kan komen.
Primaire verantwoordelijkheden
- Identificeer en benader hoogwaardige kandidaten via verschillende kanalen, waaronder sociale media en professionele netwerken.
- Bouw sterke zakelijke relaties op met de inhurende managers, HR en Talent Attraction-collega’s om een uitgebreid inzicht te krijgen in de organisatie en haar veranderende behoeften.
- Voer gesprekken met potentiële kandidaten om hun geschiktheid voor huidige of toekomstige functies binnen Organon vast te stellen.
- Creëer nurture-campagnes om relaties met kandidaten te onderhouden in ons Candidate Relationship Management (CRM)-systeem.
- Bouw en onderhoud een talentpijplijn voor huidige en toekomstige wervingsbehoeften.
- Volg en rapporteer over sourcingmetrieken om het wervingsproces te optimaliseren.
- Deel talentinzichten met de organisatie om stakeholders te informeren over het talentlandschap voor hun respectievelijke gebieden.
Jouw profiel
- Uitgebreide ervaring als Talent Sourcer of Recruiter, opgedaan bij een bureau, in een interne rol of bij een RPO.
- Praktische ervaring met sourcingstechnieken, waaronder sociale media en Boolean zoekacties.
- Bekend met het gebruik van Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) en Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Vloeiend in Engels, Nederlands en Frans.
- Je bent van nature gericht op continue verbetering.
- Bereidheid om indien nodig naar kantoor te komen (Oss, Nederland of Heist, België).

Organon is recruiting an experienced Dutch and French speaking Talent Scout (Sourcer), to join our European Talent Scout team, who will play a pivotal role in shaping our future.
As a Talent Scout, you will support our search for high quality talent to join Organon. You will also advise Talent Attraction Business Partners and business leaders on market data and talent insights. This role requires a continuous improvement mindset to shape future sourcing strategies and ensure high-quality sourcing that aligns with Organon’s hiring goals.
To promote cross functional collaboration, this is a hybrid role, and we are looking for someone who will be able to attend either our Oss, Netherlands or Heist, Belgium sites as needed.

Role responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies in collaboration with the Talent Attraction Business Partners and the Talent Branding team
- Identify and engage high-quality candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks
- Form robust business relationships with hiring managers, HR, and Talent Attraction colleagues to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business and its evolving needs
- Conduct interviews with potential candidates to establish their suitability for current or future roles within Organon
- Create nurture campaigns to maintain relationships with candidates in our Candidate Relationship Manager (CRM) tool
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Track and report on sourcing metrics to optimize the recruitment process
- Share talent insights with the business to educate stakeholders on the talent landscape for their respective areas
Role requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter, gained in an agency, in-house role, or RPO
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including social media and Boolean searches
- Familiarity with using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Relationship Manager (CRM) tools
- Fluency in English, Dutch and French
- Have a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to attend the office (Oss, Netherlands or Heist, Belgium) as needed
