The Global Oncology Finance Team supports all financial activities, processes & transformation initiatives across the Oncology P&L including Sarclisa and upcoming launches. We collaborate closely with Specialty Care Finance teams globally to share insights & solutions. Within the Oncology Franchise under the Specialty Care business unit, this role serves as Finance Business Partner for the Global Oncology Franchise, supporting all financial activities for the Global Oncology Organization and coordinating across the entire P&L and Value Chain (Research & Development, Industrial & Supply, Medical and Commercial). Reports to the Head of Finance Global Neurology and Oncology.

Main responsibilities:
- Finance support for the Global Franchise - collaborate with New Product Planning, Business Development, R&D (Portfolio Review, Integrated P&Ls), Countries, Industrial Affairs and Supply Chain (Capacity planning, Volume analysis), while assisting the Head of Franchise and Oncology Leadership team (Strategy Plans, Business Cases, Performance reviews, Quarterly updates).
- Support Franchise Controlling & Reporting including P&L, Headcount and Investments during monthly closing, investor relations, rolling forecast, budget, and strategic planning processes. Partner with CoE teams to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
- Assist with Libtayo alliance activities working with the Global Alliance team.
- Launch Excellence Finance Support for new assets and Sarclisa indication launches provide financial analysis and support throughout launch preparation, governance, and execution monitoring. Analyze financial performance by Regions & Indications to inform resource allocation decisions.
- Contribute to Global Strategic Planning for Oncology including key investments (External Partners, Infrastructure, Commercial Operations, R&D/IA Interface).
- Track forecast/performance versus external consensus and assist Investor Relations team in preparing highlights for quarterly earnings calls & investor events.
- Prepare strategic investment analysis and strategic projects as needed by Sanofi Group and Leadership team, representing Finance for the therapeutic area on strategic initiatives.

About you
Experience :
- A minimum of 5 years of professional business experience within Finance, Accounting, or closely related field is required (preferred).
- A minimum of two years’ experience in Business Partnering to commercial/ pre-commercial teams (preferred).
Soft skills :
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and intellectual curiosity.
- Must have strategic agility with big picture orientation.
- Strong communication skills required (presentations, listening, written).
- Strong interpersonal skills, business partnering, and collaboration required.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with and influence senior level stakeholders as well as project operational level and externally with key partners is required.
- Ability to work transversally and within a highly matrixed environment is required.
- Global or international experience and ability to work with a diverse team is preferred.
- Experience leading with and without authority.
Technical skills :
- Advanced excel skills (i.e. pivot tables, V-look up etc.).
- Working knowledge of BOOST TM1 and Think Cell preferred.
Education :
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a closely related field; Master’s Degree in Finance or the Sciences/ MBA is preferred.
