The Sanofi’s Capability Office team is part of the Talent Centre of Expertise in People and Culture. The mission of the function is to elevate Sanofi’s Organization and Employee Capability, and to steward the successful execution of our Sanofi strategy.

Capability Operations comprise Internal Capability, Skills Based Organization, External Workforce, Program Management and Engagement & Adoption.

Main responsibilities:

We are seeking for a dynamic and experienced Engagement and Lead to manage our change and engagement strategies. This is a key role responsible for creating and executing successful plans across multiples channels and markets for the full Talent COE. The role reports to the Head of Global Capability Operations (member of the Talent Leadership Team).

This position can be based in any of the Sanofi Hubs given its global nature. It does require the ability to connect across global time zones.

The key activities of the Engagement and Adoption Lead will include:

  • Strategic Planning & Initiative Prioritization

Act as a strategic partner to senior Talent leaders by identifying and prioritizing engagement and communication needs across the Talent roadmap. Ensure that efforts are aligned with the broader People & Culture strategy, key transformation milestones, and Sanofi’s business objectives. Guide intake processes and resource allocation to ensure focus on the most impactful initiatives.

  • Leadership Alignment & Visibility

Draft compelling, data-informed communications and updates for executive audiences, including PCLT and Talent LT. Support leaders in effectively communicating the why , what , and how behind Talent initiatives. Ensure visibility into progress, risks, and value creation through tailored dashboards, updates, and presentations .

  • Integrated Engagement Planning

Design and lead end-to-end engagement strategies for large-scale Talent transformation projects (e.g., Skills Power, leadership development, internal mobility). Build structured plans that cover stakeholder mapping, messaging frameworks, content development, timelines, and change impact tracking. Ensure consistent storytelling across all channels and audiences.

  • Engagement Experience Design

Champion the employee and leader experience by embedding clear, engaging, and accessible actions throughout Talent programs. Align messaging to the moments that matter across the employee lifecycle—development, mobility, capability building—ensuring that engagement is personalized, timely, and action-oriented.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

Serve as the connector across Talent, Comms, and Change teams to ensure a cohesive and coordinated engagement strategy. Collaborate to gather insights, translate technical content into accessible language, and ensure communication reflects both organizational values and audience needs.

  • Feedback Loops & Continuous Improvement

Establish listening mechanisms (pulse checks, feedback surveys, stakeholder interviews) to understand how communications are received and where improvements are needed. Use insights to continuously refine strategies and strengthen the overall effectiveness and credibility of Talent messaging.

  • Measurement & Impact Tracking

Define success metrics for engagement (e.g., reach, understanding, action taken) and track performance against these indicators. Present findings regularly to senior leaders and adjust tactics based on impact and feedback.

About you

Experience :

  • The successful candidate will be experienced in Engagement and Change Management, of which approximately 5-10 years in an operational/delivery capacity.
  • Ideally, the candidate will have Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling messaging and positioning for different audiences.

Skills :

  • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Talent products and services as well as the emerging engagement and communication technologies and trends.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling messaging and positioning for different audiences.
  • Analytical: Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of engagement and adoption initiatives.
  • Creativity: Able to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas to launch initiatives, create events, and other activities.
  • Collaborative: Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams and stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus: Driver of the customer-centric mindset being able to understand and anticipate customer needs.
  • Adaptability: Ready to adapt to changes in the business or within the organization and adjust the communication plan accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication and GTM strategies across multiple channels and markets.

Languages : Given the global nature of this role, we require full business fluency in English.
