Are you a scientifically curious, digitally savvy medical professional ready to make a real impact across borders? Join Sanofi's North Europe Respiratory Medical Affairs team — where your work directly connects cutting-edge science with the patients who need it most.

As Medical Associate, you will support Medical Mangers, Medical Advisors and Medical Science Liaisons in North Europe to maximize the impact of Medical Affairs projects. You'll be at the heart of a dynamic, cross-border medical team driving innovation in how we communicate science, educate healthcare professionals, and generate evidence across the North Europe region.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support internal and external medical education to enhance disease and product knowledge and awareness.

  • Support external scientific/medical presentations, e.g. at scientific conferences or for scientific or business audiences.

  • Support organization and implementation of Advisory Boards and other scientific meetings.

  • Support local evidence generation plans.

  • Support implementation of initiatives to improve Medical Affairs quality and effectiveness.

  • Support teams’ financial tracking by making purchase orders and requisitions.

  • Increase reach of medical educational activities by helping to design and execute omnichannel communication campaigns.

  • Maintain awareness of new scientific data, literature, competitive trends and product opportunities and help adjust medical and educational activities accordingly.

  • Ensure sufficient scientific level of expertise within therapeutic area.

  • Liaise between different business functions to increase impact of medical activities.

  • Ensure the development of core behaviors to consistently meet legal, regulatory, ethical and social responsibility standards required by local laws and organizational policies, procedures and culture.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience - experience from a similar position is a plus.

  • Experience in interpretation of scientific and clinical data

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently.

  • Target-oriented and results-driven, with an understanding of short and long term goals.

  • High initiative and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to coordinate, manage and prioritize workload in a busy professional environment.

  • Balanced, yet structured, and fast in decision making processes.

  • Ability to work in a professional and international environment, and to understand and comply with corporate standards, practices and codes of conduct.

  • Business proficiency in English.

  • Comfortable with using digital communication systems and learning new IT systems.

Qualifications

  • Master level degree in life science or similar

The salary range for this position is :€57.600,00 - €76.800

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
