As North Europe Dermatology Brand Manager within our Specialty Care Immunology team, you'll lead the activation and amplification of our leading biologic therapy's brand strategy across one of the world's most dynamic dermatology markets.

Join a high-performing, cross-functional team driving growth of our flagship dermatology asset across the North Europe region — spanning the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Norway. You'll translate global strategy into locally relevant, insight-driven execution across an expanding dermatology portfolio, including atopic dermatitis, prurigo nodularis, and soon bullous pemphigoid — helping more patients access a medicine that is transforming lives.

Main responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Activation & Amplification: Translate global dermatology franchise strategy into locally relevant, insight-driven go-to-market plans that drive sustainable growth across all approved dermatology indications.
  • Marketing Campaign Management: Support the creation, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels in line with the North European strategy.
  • Local Adaptation: Adapt global marketing materials to meet local market needs and regulatory requirements.
  • North European Pull-Through: Support the development and implementation of omnichannel plans, digital marketing initiatives, North European engagement plans, & North European content calendars.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with medical, regulatory, market access, and local teams to ensure aligned and compliant brand activities.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and analyse market data to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Budget Management: Assist in planning, allocating, and tracking marketing budget expenditures.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and brand performance metrics to measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Product Launch Support: Contribute to launch preparations for new indications or market expansions, when applicable.

About you

Experience :

  • First pharmaceutical industry experience, preferable marketing or medical; previous internship in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and data analytics is beneficial

Languages:

  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in one or more Nordic/Benelux languages is a plus.

The salary range for this position is :€65 000,00 - €97 000,00

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
