iMove , the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job

As Real-World Evidence ( RWE) Epidemiologist VIE within our Specialty Care team, you’ll work closely with RWE Epidemiologist Leads in planning, design, and conduct of RWE studies to support internal decision making and publication activities.

You will also be supporting the planning, design and implementation of analyses and will collaborate with Medical Affairs and HEVA business partners to execute on the Global (including U.S.) Real World Evidence Generation Plan.

Main responsibilities:

  • Perform literature reviews to synthesis existing data and identify gaps.
  • Assess the feasibility of planned studies in collaboration with a data analyst.
  • Contribute to the writing of study concepts, protocols and reports.
  • Implement studies in collaboration with RW data analysts or using RWE platforms.
  • Summarize findings in power point presentations.
  • Communicate project findings to cross functional teams and stakeholders in meetings.

About you

Experience:

  • Prior experience in epidemiology is preferable.

Soft and technical skills:

  • Knowledge of observational study design in pharmacoepidemiology.
  • Understanding of secondary patient data sources, such as electronic health records, administrative claims.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently results and technical details to non-expert audiences.

Education:

  • Master’s Degree in Pharmacy, Epidemiology, Health Economics, Health Sciences, Biostatistics or other relevant health-related scientific discipline.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English.
