iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

As Reward & Performance Analyst VIE in our team you will play an active part in project teams and/or working groups on R&P or broader HR related subjects.

Main responsibilities:

  • Implementing, reviewing, executing, administering, and evaluating Reward & Performance (R&P) policies, processes, and tools.
  • Coordinating and undertaking internal and external benchmarks.
  • Oversees, coordinates and reports on the annual compensation review process; variable pay programs; performance evaluation & goal setting process; share purchase plan etc.
  • Plans, prepares, and provides information sessions for managers and employees on R&P related topics.
  • Responds to and resolves ad hoc R&P related queries and issues, from individual employees and managers.
  • Trains the People & Culture team in Northern Europe on R&P policies, processes, and tools.
  • Provides information and metrics to the People & Culture team on R&P related topic.
  • Implements and manages projects to facilitate and support R&P aims and activities in the organization.
  • Plays an active part in (and may lead) project teams and/or working groups on R&P or broader Human Resources (HR) related subjects.
  • Provides advice to People & Culture team on relocation packages and processes.
  • Be the contact point with third party providers and intermediaries.
  • Acts as an advisor to HR colleagues and the business & able to resolve issues.


About you

Experience :

  • 1+ years of experience as a Compensation & Benefits specialist will be an asset.


Soft and Technical skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong project and process management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Eye for detail, adds value and brings structure.
  • Analytical overview.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent organizational awareness.
  • Capable of interacting effectively in a multi-site, multi-lingual and multi-cultural work environment.
  • Sense of urgency, flexible and pro-active.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to ensure that projects/assignments /goals are completed on schedule and within budget.


Education :

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources / Management / Commerce or related.


Languages :

  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
