The opportunity

As a Senior Quality Systems Associate, you will support the site’s Quality Systems & Compliance team to maintain and improve quality processes in line with site SOPs, Teva Global Standards, and regulatory guidelines. Your role will involve ensuring high standards of quality and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and compliance across the site.

The position is offered on a fixed-term contract with a maximum duration of two years.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Support robust quality systems for manufacturing, packaging, testing, facilities, and warehousing.
  • Monitoring day-to-day performance and supporting the preparation of long-term local strategies.
  • Continuously assess and improve department quality processes, including investigations, CAPAs, and changes (gCCM) in a timely manner.
  • Represent Quality in system/equipment/utility related projects.
  • Share knowledge on qualifications within the Quality department and site.
  • Collaborating closely with Site Quality Leadership is essential to align on strategy and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Engage in local and global platforms.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Chemistry or Pharmacy) preferred.
  • Extensive experience in a quality position within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in managing quality systems, investigations, and process improvements.
  • In-depth knowledge of cGXP, regulatory guidance, and quality management systems, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively in daily activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and the implementation of sustainable improvements.
  • A passion for quality and continuous improvement, with the ability to drive process efficiencies and enhance product quality.
