The opportunity

Join Teva in Haarlem in The Netherlands as Strategic Alliances Intern for a duration of 6 to 9 months.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting Strategic Alliances team with their interactions with internal and external commercial partners across Europe.

How you’ll spend your day

Market Overviews & Interactions:
-    Keeping market overviews updated (market details, wholesale/retail presence, running projects etc)
-    Regular calls setup, meeting notes, follow-up tracking
-    Collecting and consolidating input on performance, projects and ad-hoc queries
Projects & Performance Support:
-    Preparing and distributing various templates
-    Tracking collection of projects and other submissions
-    Collecting and summarizing information from various internal and external sources
-    Support with end-of-year reconciliation & review
Meetings & Presentations Support:
-    Supporting preparation for meetings & events (quarterly updates, joint conferences, internal community meetings, etc)
-    Supporting development of internal & external presentations

Your experience and qualifications

To be eligible for this internship it's necessary to be enrolled by school/university with ongoing studies in Business or Marketing/Sales or Pharmaceutical Sciences

Communication Skills:
•    Oral and written fluency in English, any other European language is a plus
•    Strong verbal communication skills for setting up and following calls and meetings
•    Note-taking and follow-up skills, ability to draft clear and concise emails and reports
•    Capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
•    High level of accuracy in updating trackers and preparing templates

Technical Skills:
•    Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
•    Strong knowledge and experience using PowerPoint or similar software for creating presentations
•    Experience with Teams/SharePoint or similar software for collaboration & data sharing
•    Basic understanding & usage of BI tools (Power BI, QlikSense)
•    Skills in gathering and analyzing market data
•    Ability to interpret and present data clearly
•    Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is an advantage
•    Basic understanding of project management principles and tools
•    Ability to identify issues and propose solutions
