Supply Chain Coordinator - TAPI

The opportunity

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact? As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our products seamlessly reach our customers. You'll collaborate across teams, manage inventory, and become a trusted advisor for our clients.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Serves as a key contact for customers, collaborating with account managers and the customer experience team to develop lasting relationships.
  • Manages the supply of products to customers produced in one or more manufacturing sites:
    • Oversees order fulfillment and timely delivery.
    • Manages inventory control for local (Sales Office) warehouses.
    • Allocates available quantities in collaboration with the forecasting team or Head of Commercial Supply Chain.
    • Identifies and reports organizational or administrative problems within the responsible Business Unit.
  • Independently executes administrative tasks related to sales order processing or purchasing:
    • Enters sales orders.
    • Verifies sales prices.
    • Coordinates supply dates with manufacturing sites, account managers, and customers.
    • Coordinates physical distribution and customs formalities.
    • Controls invoices and expenses from forwarders and logistics service providers.
  • Performs other activities such as:
    • Participation in various projects.
    • Customer interaction to answer questions about product availability, order management, logistics, and other correspondence.
    • Supporting colleagues to achieve department objectives.
  • Maintains transparency and ensures GDP compliance in all activities conducted within this role.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Business, Logistics, Chemistry, or Sciences, OR has professional education in these fields with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Possesses broad experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably within the API business or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Has a proven track record of success in order to cash process.
  • Can communicate effectively and has a strong command of the English language.
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment and can handle pressure with a positive attitude.
