  • Support event reporting and performance tracking, including post-event analysis and follow-up actions
  • Use established tools, processes and templates to ensure consistency, compliance and operational excellence
  • Support commercial teams with event-related planning and coordination, including use of agreed team tools where relevant
  • Identify and implement practical improvements that strengthen event delivery, team efficiency and stakeholder experience
  • Contribute to strong team collaboration by sharing best practice, solving problems proactively and supporting colleagues where needed

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive mindset, with a focus on finding practical ways to improve event outcomes
  • Familiarity with virtual event platforms and technical production

Requirements

  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage

Computer Skills and Competencies

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Good understanding of budget tracking and financial administration
  • Experience using event, reporting or stakeholder coordination tools is an advantage

What Success Looks Like in This Role

  • Assigned events are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
  • Stakeholders feel well supported and well informed throughout planning and delivery
  • Event activity is managed with strong attention to detail and good operational discipline
  • Issues are handled proactively and independently within the role scope
