Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a structured database schema to store sample data, including preparation parameters, image data, and AI outputs.
  • Integrate data from various sources into the database.
  • Document and present findings, including recommendations for future development and potential integrations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Student enrolled in a Master’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with relational database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) for structured data design and optimization.
  • Proficiency in Python for database interactions and handling scientific data.
  • Knowledge of Git for version control and collaboration on development projects.
  • Familiarity with Pandas and NumPy libraries for processing and managing large datasets.
  • Eager to learn.
