In your role you will be driving strategic and tactical marketing & application development activities for High End TEM!You will play an impactful role in strengthening the visibility of our products by developing marketing messaging and testing applications solutions. You will drive differentiated customer value with internal and external partners and customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Your day to day work will circle around evaluating High End TEM customer needs through the collection of voice of customer data, driving the evaluation of new applications for our tools and developing fitting product marketing material.

You will collaborate with organizations and partners to efficiently carry out your projects and represent at industry leading conferences and fairs. Leading product marketing projects from the business unit perspective and working closely with Product Managers will make you succeed and craft outcomes.

Qualifications and Required Skills

With a BSc ideally in Physics, Electronics, Materials Science, or Chemistry as well as working before in marketing highly technical products you will be best prepared for this job. Equivalent experience in the field will also be considered.

• Passionate about highlighting our innovation and how our TEM solutions differentiate in the TEM community
• Hands on TEM experience is a bonus
• Proven track record in developing marketing material for scientific instruments involving various parties
• Sophisticated messages into dedicated markets rsp. reducing complexity for various target groups
• Familiarity with the marketing mix and ability to adjust approach to target audience
• Effective communications skills and team work with strong time management skills
• Strong ability to share ideas and information clearly with collaborators, team members, suppliers, and customers

This position is ideally located in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, at our dedicated EM development and manufacturing site.
