Senior Product Specialist AgriBusiness (m/f/d)

Location: BeNeLux, Denmark– remote, home office based

TERRITORY: BeNeLux and Denmark

The role is accountable for Thermo Fisher Scientific´s genotyping solutions in the Agrigenomics domain. Moreover, the successful candidate will also be supporting Thermo Fisher Scientific´s Animal Health portfolio, which encompasses nucleic acid extraction kits, qPCR master mixes, qPCR kits, and ELISA kits. It is a growing business, in which Thermo Fisher Scientific offers a wide range of solutions to the best-fit customer needs, including e.g. Microarray and Targeted Genotyping by Sequencing (AgriSeq) technologies in genomics and qPCR kits in Animal Health.

AgriBusiness Technical Sales Specialist (m/w/d)

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • crafting, implementing, tracking, and reporting performances to plan, targets, and forecasts

  • driving the company’s genotyping and Animal Health solutions by working with team members, marketing, and global business units

  • Collaborating with local distributors and sales teams from other divisions to identify and develop potential leads

KEYS TO SUCCESS:

Education

  • Master’s degree in Molecular Biology or related field (PhD is a plus)

EXPERIENCE

  • Shown background in Genetics and Molecular Biology

  • Strong networking abilities

  • Consistent track record of sales experience in the life science environment

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Experience with challenging sales processes

  • Proficient in either Dutch or Danish and English - written and spoken skills
