Description:

Taking the lead in our transportation team in delivering consistent service across our logistics operations. As a Transportation Coordinator, you will combine operational tasks with day-to-day team guidance. You'll optimize shipping processes and ensure exceptional service to our customers while actively supporting the team on the floor. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. You'll work closely with the Global Transportation Manager to implement improvements and achieve strong results. Join us in our mission to enhance efficiency and reliability in transportation solutions.

Requirements:

• Advanced or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in transportation, shipping, or logistics operations management
• Preferred Fields of Study: Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements
• Experience managing delivery / shipping schedules
• Leadership abilities with team management experience
• Advanced organizational and coordination skills
• Problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• English language skills and understanding Dutch are required
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support operations
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
