We are looking for a Marketing Solutions Lead Dermatology and Rheumatology, the Netherlands who has a passion for patient health outcomes, with a drive to create innovative solutions, to come join our BeNeLux Immunology Team to be based in The Netherlands.

About the role

As the Marketing Solutions Lead you are accountable for all solutions (projects and activities). The activities can be either locally initiated and implemented or part of the Global/Regional plans. You have a broad and variable role with strong focus on omnichannel approach and implementation for all activities. You are driving the localization and implementation of the strategy and action plan in partnership with the cross functional team.  And carry the accountability for alignment of all solutions (projects, activities & patient programs) in the Rheumatology & Dermatology Business Unit in the Netherlands, either locally or EU initiated.  The role as liaison between the Global and Regional teams and the Dutch eco-system in relation to coordination of all strategic, action and stakeholder plans. It is important to ensure a holistic approach and partnership  when delivering high level value for patients, HCPs and Payers.

Who you will work with:

You are part of a cross-functional team consisting of the strategic marketing, sales, market access, medical, project management, and many other expertise. Furthermore you partner and co-create with external stakeholder’s on key projects that will drive patient value in the respective ecosystems. And align with the internal Governance to ensure the highest scientific and compliant standards of the solutions deployed in the cluster. You report to the Sales & Solution Manager .

What will you do:

  • Provide the Dutch Rheumatology & Dermatology unit impactful patient value solutions for implementation;
  • Localize centrally developed EU solutions for the Netherlands in line with local ecosystems insights, requirements and drivers Drive excellence usage of different channels through local omni-channel strategy, planning and solution development.
  • Develop the Launch Plan for the new assets and coordinates the cross functional collaboration and activities of the Launch team.
  • Align with the cross functional teams to ensure the highest scientific standards of the solutions deployed in NL
  • Build, monitor and track implementation and KPIs of the area solutions by the local iPVU team. Measure value and impact;
  • Lead cross-functional development of the Strategic Brand Plans and secure implementation

I nterested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

  • Bachelors’ degree in life sciences, business or healthcare required with several years of experience in marketing roles, demonstrated impact and patient value within pharmaceutical industry in Dermatology and/or Rheumatology therapy areas.
  • You have high level of work experience in business planning, tactical plan, and Omni-channel development and execution. Where you build strategic anchored cross functional solutions that will create Patient Value
  • You anticipate trends and interprets macroeconomic signals - maintaining a holistic perspective. Understands the stakeholder’s goals, objectives, and outcomes.
  • Have a patient-value focus and drug life cycle understanding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in the required languages English & Dutch
  • You have been successful in delivering high impact solutions in line with ecosystem drivers
  • Demonstrated experience in working within multidisciplinary teams and cross functional project team’s leadership
  • Positive mindset, can do mentality
