Do you love working with plants and have a sharp eye for detail? Join our greenhouse team and play a hands-on role in developing tomorrow's vegetable varieties.
At our R&D site in Wageningen, you'll work closely with vegetable crops — tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers — supporting the plant breeding process from seedling to harvest. You monitor plant health, carry out daily care tasks and contribute to trials that shape the future of food.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Care for and monitor crops throughout the breeding cycle
- Carry out transplanting, pruning, pollinating of plants
- Spot and report diseases and irregularities
- Support trial setups and record data accurately

WHO YOU ARE
- MBO/HBO background (agri or horticulture preferred)
- Experience in greenhouses or farming is a plus
- Crop protection licence (or willingness to obtain one)
- Hands-on, reliable and precise by nature
