Wat ga je doen als Teamleider?

Als Teamleider bij ICON binnen de afdeling Ligand Binding Assays speel je een centrale rol in het succesvol uitvoeren van onze projecten. Je werkt binnen een matrixorganisatie en draagt samen met projectteams zorg voor een efficiënte en kwalitatief hoogwaardige uitvoering van het werk. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de personele planning en creëert de randvoorwaarden waarmee analisten optimaal kunnen presteren. Daarnaast begeleid en coach je medewerkers in hun professionele ontwikkeling en lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan een positieve en veilige werkomgeving. Tevens ben je betrokken bij het beheer van laboratoriumapparatuur en werk je samen met interne experts en de afdeling Validatie om te waarborgen dat apparatuur en processen voldoen aan de geldende kwaliteits- en regelgeving. De standplaats voor deze vacature is Assen (100% office-based).

Verantwoordelijkheden:

• Aansturen en coachen van analisten (15-20 FTE) dmv coaching gesprekken
• Zorgen voor een optimale planning en indeling van analisten
• Toezicht houden op het onderhoud en de kalibratie van de apparatuur
• Toezicht houden op de naleving van (kwaliteits)procedures binnen de afdeling
• Aansturen van proces verbeteringen om de efficiëntie te verhogen
• Afdeling aansturen op basis van prestatie indicatoren (KPI’s)

Wat breng jij mee als Teamleider?

Als onze nieuwe teamleider ben je een echte ‘people manager’, heb je een positieve en proactieve houding en ben je in staat je teamleden te motiveren. Je gaat altijd voor 100% kwaliteit en beschikt over uitstekende organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.

Verder heb je:

• Minimaal een afgeronde HBO opleiding
• Minimaal 3-5 jaar werkervaring
• Ervaring als leidinggevende/manager/teamleider of aansturend analist is een pre
• Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift
