  • Track and improve key operational performance indicators
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning processes, systems and collaboration across teams
  • Ensure planning data and system parameters are accurate and maintained to support effective decision-making
  • Build a flexible and engaged team that can adapt to changing business priorities and future growth

What you bring

  • You can prioritize effectively and remain organized in a dynamic environment
  • You enjoy collaborating with others to solve challenges and improve processes
  • You are comfortable making decisions based on available information and business priorities
  • You have a continuous improvement mindset and enjoy finding better ways of working
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; Dutch is an advantage

  • Excellent career development opportunities within a growing global organization
  • Training and learning opportunities through Thermo Fisher University
  • A collaborative and international working environment
  • Strong team spirit and regular company and team activities
  • Up to 40 days off per year
  • This is a full-time position (40 hours)
