About the role
The TSM (Sales System) & Promotions Coordinator owns the accurate and timely set-up of annual trade terms and promotional activities in TSM, Haleon’s Sales System, and promotional volume forecasts for the mass market channel. All activities performed must be audit-ready, compliant, and delivered right-first-time. This is a cornerstone role, working cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, and Net Revenue Management, and in close-knit with the Key Account Managers who are the primary stakeholders. The role sits in our Sales Administration Team, reporting to the Head of Sales Benelux.
Key responsibilities
1. TSM, Haleon’s Sales System
- Translate commercial agreements into TSM (annual terms + promos): work closely with the Key Account Managers to convert negotiated customer trade terms and promotional mechanics into accurate, complete TSM configuration (products, customers, dates, volumes, discounts/rebates).
- Maintain annual trade terms and pricing conditions: Create and maintain on-invoice and deferred rebates linked to annual agreements in TSM (Annual Trade Agreement status; set to “not in forecast” where required); Check, control and set up standard and promotional price conditions; Maintain tracking files and ensure data is consistent across TSM and supporting documentation.
- Set up and manage promotional operations end-to-end in TSM: Create promotional operations in TSM (products, volumes, terms, dates, customers); Manage ongoing changes (case/box configuration, promotional %, dates, volumes, forecasts, NIP, etc.); Progress and monitor workflow statuses and approvals; Move promotions to “Request Approval” once customer validation is confirmed; Update in TSM the volume of products agreed with the Key Account Managers against actual volumes ordered by the customers.
2. Promotions Forecast and Internal Collaboration
- Forecast: Help Key Account Managers determine the right volume of products that will be needed throughout the promotional activities per commercial agreements, and track targets vs actuals and update TSM as required.
- Finance/Customer Service coordination and billing support: Provide set-up for Finance for annual rebates using files by product and customer; In partnership with Supply Chain, provide support on the forecast and help Customer Service on litigations, pricing, orders, and re-invoicing.

About You

Bachelor's degree (HBO) preferred, or MBO with relevant experience

Experience in a trade terms / promotions / pricing environment (FMCG, consumer health, retail, or similar) supporting Sales

Hands-on experience with a pricing system (TSM or similar) and working with high-volume set-up

Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivots, structured files; confidence handling large datasets) with a data accuracy & control mindset.

Process disciplined, running standard routines (weekly/monthly) and keep trackers clean and updated.

Proven stakeholders management skills.

Fluent in English and Dutch.
IMPORTANT:
To support culture, belonging, collaboration, and performance, Haleon currently has a 2-day per week in office mandate as a minimum standard. Office presence will be increased to 3-day per week from 1 January 2027. EUR 41,519.00 - EUR 57,088.90The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations.Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role.
