
Project Manager Track & Trace
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Join our team as Project Manager Track & Trace
We’re excited to announce an opening for a talented Project manager Track & Trace to join our dynamic and collaborative team! As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing projects/program for Serialization implementation projects globally as well as:

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and/or internal guidelines/procedures

Work with management to escalate and facilitate resolution of project constraints on execution of critical deliverables
-
Drive partnerships between different functions within EPD, as well as sister-divisions and corporate functions
-
Main focus will be to managing Serialization projects at our EPD sites from a divisional perspective as well as collaborating with our affiliates and our TPM’s which are supplying products for markets with serialization and traceability regulatory requirements

Lead cross-functional project teams:
-
Support in developing, maintaining and executing the Serialization Strategy for EPD

Manage, risk, schedules, budget, conflicts of the projects
-
Ensure business processes, systems, people are taken into account in the project plans
-
Ensure corporate policies, standards and procedures are met
-
Drive process improvements and cost- or efficiency- improvements
-
The candidate:
-
Advanced knowledge and experience in Project Management principles and tools, as well as the Office 365 tools
-
Familiar with Serialization and relates systems (TraceLink, SAP)
-
Has experience/is familiar with the Pharma industry
-
Full command in English (oral and written), additional languages are an advantage
-
No 9 to 5 mentality and is a team player
-
Has a passion for driving towards a result in a compliance way.
