What are you responsible for?
The Team Manager Compliance develops the (mid)long term policy and annual budget for assigned QA area of Compliance in line with the international QA policy, Abbott Laboratories policies and regulations of the expertise. Leading a department as a business owner taking into consideration safety, quality, customer service and financial deliverables in a way that the tasks of the department are being executed in an effective manner. Giving direct lead to ~11 FTE (Abbott reports/contractors).

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

Focus on making high impact product quality and compliance decisions.

Responsible for maintaining QMS compliance to regulations and/or policies by pro-active developing procedures and instructions for the assigned Quality Systems.

Responsible for implementation of policies and procedures in own team and subsequent reinforcement.

Responsible for the design / development and management of the quality (management) systems and corresponding procedures within the compliance area.

Responsible for monitoring compliance with quality (management) systems and corresponding procedures.

Manage the internal audit program to ensure ongoing compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Oversee the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) program to ensure timely and effective resolution of audit findings

Handle external audits, including preparation, coordination, and follow-up on audit findings
What kind of knowledge and experience do you bring with you?

BSc education in life science/ chemistry/ microbiology/ pharmacy/ food technology

Proven knowledge of and leadership experience with quality assurance system

5 years’ experience in a Manufacturing Industry
