Teamlead Technicians & Planning

JOB DESCRIPTION:

What will you do?

The Teamlead for Electricians and Planning works in compliance with all internal and external regulations regarding EHS&E and GMP,  becomes responsible for the technicians within the maintenance department. The team lead assigns the technicians to the corrective services and to the planned preventive maintenance assignments in close cooperation with the work planners.

Tasks and responsibilities

-  Oversees daily team activities, organizes and leads daily/weekly team meetings, and participates in project meetings. Provides guidance and feedback and evaluates and offers solutions where necessary.

- Monitors staffing and availability of technicians. Arranges maintenance external capacity in consultation with the management team.

- In consultation with all work planners, draw up the planning for the coming period and communicate it to all stakeholders..

- Ensures order, cleanliness and safe use of the workshop. Manages tools and machines in the workshop.

- Develop/update the maintenance team's competency matrix and identify and assess critical abilities and skills. Participates in the development of training modules and encourages the participation of the team in these training courses.

- Co-determining procedures and policies and propagating them within the maintenance department.

Background and Experience

• MBO level 3/4 Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering or equivalent>10 years of relevant work experience

• MS: Windows and Office

• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (HSE, GMP).

• Full command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written
