Y our role at AbbVie
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as intermediary between the Allergan Aesthetic (AA) customers and the order processing team (BPO), which is based in Netherlands. The CSR is working at our commercial affiliate in Netherlands, and the focus of the role is on delivering value for our customers and colleagues across Benelux countries.
Responsibilities include
- Fluent, timely and accurate support to the ordering, credit and debit memo issuing and returns processes.
- The role also supports sample ordering, workshop material orders and customer requests in general due to the direct contact with both our customers and sales organization.
- As Customer Service Representative, you are in regular contact with our third-party logistics partner for the region to continuously enable high delivery performance.
- Accurate management of customer master data (CMD) is a key component of the role where you translate CMD requirements arising from the dynamic aesthetic marketplace to ensure full compliance to AbbVie policies and Code of Conduct plus SoX controls requirements.
- As first point of contact for ERP-related tasks, you will also be involved in Quality or Compliance initiatives, for example medical device recalls or customer license management.
- The role implies interacting with a rich set of stakeholders, across different departments, to guarantee a satisfactory level of service to AA customers, by maximizing efficiency and predictability of Order-To-Cash (OTC) processes.

- Commercial or technical education
- 5 years or more of experience in a Customer Service role/environment
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or high value retail industries is preferred
- Experience in interacting with shared service centers
- Broad experience with systems and tools (SAP, Microsoft Office etc.)
- Business fluent in Dutch and English (French would be an advantage)
- High customer orientation
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate adequately orally and in writing at different levels of a corporate and commercial organization
- Solution oriented mindset
- Curiosity for operational processes and their continuous improvement
