This could be your everyday
Join the Digital Transformation & PLM Enablement team and help design innovative onboarding experiences for Amgen’s Digital Thread platform (3DEXPERIENCE PLM by Dassault Systèmes) .
You’ll work closely with Business Process and UX specialists to create LLM-based toolkits (ChatGPT/CoPilot) that make onboarding and training adaptive, data-driven, and engaging.
Your work will directly support Amgen’s goal of improving PLM user readiness and adoption , enabling faster and more successful digital transformation across the organization.
Key Deliverables
- Research and design conversational assistants for digital learning.
- Map PLM onboarding workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Develop and test conversational flows, prompts, and user interactions.
- Evaluate ChatGPT-driven responses using usability metrics.
- Document prototypes in Confluence and visualize logic in Miro .
- Present findings and recommendations in a final showcase session.

What we expect of you We’re looking for curious, creative students passionate about UX and AI who want to apply their skills to global-scale digital transformation.
Profile:
- Enrolled in UX, HCI, Cognitive Science, Information Systems , or similar field.
- Strong research and English writing skills; interest in AI and user experience.
- Familiarity with Miro, Confluence, Jira is a plus.
- Comfortable exploring AI tools and learning through experimentation.
