Employee Engagement and Analytics Internship – Global Distribution Hub

The Global Distribution Hub (GDH) EMEA
The GDH EMEA oversees the distribution of orders to customers within the EMEA region. You will join an international, remote-working team dedicated to delivering excellence in supply chain operations.
About the Internship
You will be part of the Enablement Team within the GDH EMEA organization, focusing on employee experience research and enhancement. This team manages OTC Business Support, Data Analytics, and Operational Excellence, supporting key business processes and initiatives that ensure "Every Patient, Every Time."
With the recent merger of two organizations into GDH EMEA, this internship aims to develop a framework to improve and measure employee experience , exploring factors such as remote work and engagement. Optionally, you may create a dashboard and gain hands-on experience in data analytics or operational support based on your interests.
Responsibilities
- Analyze factors contributing to employee experience, aligning with Amgen principles.
- Study remote working as a critical factor in employee engagement.
- Identify actionable strategies to enhance employee experience.
- Develop a framework to measure and track employee experience.
- Optionally, create a dashboard for visualizing findings.
- Explore additional skill-building opportunities, such as analytics, operational processes, or visualizations.
Deliverables
- A robust framework to measure and track employee experience.
- Optional: A dashboard highlighting pain points and areas for improvement.
