At Amgen Breda, medicines are labeled, assembled, stored, and eventually shipped to various countries worldwide. Every day more than 1000 people from 38 different nationalities are working on supply chain processes, manufacturing, marketing, and sales of our medicines, and clinical research into new medicines.

What you will do

As a Site Commercialization Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the life cycle of Amgen medicines, impacting the lives of millions of patients globally. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the timely launch of products, managing variations, and driving other crucial activities for Amgen products packaged in the Netherlands, Ireland and Contract Manufacturing Organizations in Europe. You will be a key member of the Product Lifecycle Team (PLT), translating launch and life cycle management strategies into actionable objectives for each product group and department.

Every day, you'll ensure that life cycle management solutions are implemented and communicated promptly. In addition, you will lead end-to-end projects as part of the overarching Amgen Breda Project Portfolio.

In this vital role you will :

• Align with the strategic objectives of Regional Operations Leads (ROLs) and/or Senior Alliance Managers (SAMs) to ensure effective planning, timely implementation of launches, variations, and other activities.

• Collaborate closely with internal partners such as Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Production & Site Planning, Artwork, Warehouse, Customer Service & Procurement.

• Facilitate Product Life Cycle Team meetings, ensuring timely input for the agenda and coordinating action items.

• Ensure the timely and fully compliant maintenance of the Change Control Management System for launch and variation implementations, and other life cycle management activities.

• Take ownership of the end-to-end Overall Launch Project Plan, collaborating with ROLs and/or SAMs to support site-related activities.

• Provide important updates to the site and other partners on the status of site readiness activities and related projects.

• Lead end-to-end projects, facilitating meetings with associated functions, crafting project plans, and ensuring adherence to milestones.

• Complete specific Supply Chain projects and cases, such as SKU's management, rationalization, and implementation of new pack configurations, in a timely and compliant manner.

What we expect from you

We’re looking for a strategic thinker and proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic, matrixed environment. You bring:

• A master’s or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA or MS preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain, manufacturing, or project management.

• Proven success in managing cross-functional projects in a GMP-regulated environment.

• Strong project management skills (PMP certification is a plus).

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
