Commercial Assistant
The Commercial Admin plays a crucial role in supporting the Business Unit. The Commercial Admin will provide comprehensive administrative support to the business unit, ensuring efficient and effective operations. This position involves a combination of administrative, organizational, and communication tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the business unit. The role requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the business unit, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents, sharing communications, updating sharepoint.
- Handle PR/PO and invoices follow up with our suppliers
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
- Support company events, meetings, conferences.
- Assist in the planning and execution of commercial & marketing projects and initiatives.
- Manage logistics for travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to business unit activities (contracts cadre, Trial agreement, license contracts)
- Assist with internal audits and compliance checks.
- Market Intelligence and trials seeds process support / data entry
- Customs clearance / local distributor center
- Support marketing with translation and content / media plan execution
- Assist with goodies, tools, samples shipments
WHO ARE YOU
- Minimum high school graduation, BSc is an advantage
- Agricultural background or experience is an advantage
- Self-motivated with a strong results orientation
- Solution seeking, proactive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Effective in building operational network and relationship within the supported department and across partnering functions
- Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, dynamic, team- based environment
- Excellent overall computer skills and understanding of digital tools: Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom. Furthermore, Excel Pivot, Spotfire, Tableau are advantage.
- Driving license "B" category.
