We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Regional Marketing Lead, Obesity & MASH who is ambitious and talented to undertake an exciting leadership role.
You will be accountable for the regional marketing plans, playing a key role by leading the overall brand strategy in the region and execution within the assigned Survodutide asset team.
As the marketing asset team member, you will drive the strategic direction for the brand and collaborate with other functional leads (specifically Medical and Market Access) to ensure that a cross-functional strategic approach is adopted through the organization and that the right activities are conducted to drive success and to achieve our goals.

This is a hybrid position based in Amsterdam, and you will report directly to the Head of Therapeutic Area CRM, Human Pharma MIDI.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the creation and implementation of the brand plan within the TA, in alignment with market needs and developments, including integrated customer plans, omni-channel activities, content development, launch readiness and training.
- Define financial goals and TA KPIs in consultation with management. Proactively identify opportunities based on current performance and market trends
- Drive forecasting process, budget planning process and budget management.
- Analyze relevant data to find opportunities for improvement, to inform decision-making, and to track the success of marketing assets, consumer interaction and market dynamics.
- Establish priorities across customer segments and ensure an optimal mix of customer-facing and non-customer-facing channels, including targeting, segmentation, and content integration within non-customer-facing channels.
- Lead and inspire the regional and country marketing teams by managing talent and performance management activities.
- Drive optimal cross-functional coordination and communication within the region, countries and corporate.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role and experience in leading teams.
- Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) in Pharmacy, Medicine / Business Administration
- Drives business success and accountability within team and possesses strong strategical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (speaking and writing)
- Financial savvy and the ability to interpret and apply crucial financial information to make better business decisions.
- Solid Medical and Scientific understanding.
- Knowledge of platforms, customer insights and relevant tools, omnichannel and or consumer marketing experience.
- Strong in influence and persuasion abilities and a team-oriented outlook.
- Experience working in an international environment.
