As our new Workforce Planning & HR Services Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of workforce planning and analytics for the MIDI Region. You’ll work with data from multiple systems and departments, turning complexity into clarity through dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support strategic decisions.

This position is based in Amsterdam and reports directly to the Regional Head COE in Amsterdam.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the HR Planning Cycle, including Workforce Planning.
  • Drive employee lifecycle activities, ensuring smooth processes from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Work with our global SuccessFactors HR system and data from various interfaces, using tools like Power BI and Excel to create meaningful insights.
  • Contribute to projects led by Global Business Services (GBS) or initiate your own/local improvements, this is your chance to orchestrate change, not just follow it.
  • Help shape internal HR communications by maintaining and improving HR pages across the region.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience handling data sets, with proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables) and Power BI for creating clear, actionable insights.
  • Previous experience and Success Factors knowledge are ideal.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills; able to prioritize effectively.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive data.
  • Fluency in English is required.
