About the Role
As an HR Support Officer , you’ll play a key role on our team of four HR professionals, delivering timely and accurate support to tackle a range of HR challenges. Your mission will be to expertly navigate personnel matters, ensuring exceptional (administrative) support for both our talented employees and the business at large. Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and independently handle/ the administration for the HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, contractual changes, performance management and promotions.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on labor conditions, HR regulations, and related subjects.
- Manage the HR email box’s to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Support recruitment, posting job openings, setting up interviews, preparing documentation.
- Coordinate all processes related to internship.
- Keep employee data accurate in our information systems and third- party portals.
- Case management operational / administrative support.
- Liaise with (external) payroll (you are 1 st point of contact to ensure monthly changes are captured accurately and timely
- Expertly manage absence administration.( relating to annual leave, sickness, maternity and parental leave)
- Ensure compliance with company policies, government rules, and employment legislation.
- Support the ongoing HR projects.
Qualifications:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Demonstrate fluency in both Dutch and English (Dutch is mandatory) .
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in HR operational processes, administration and payroll. (MBO 4 years experience/ bachelor 2 years experience)
- Case management experience would be a bonus.
- Exhibit a pro-active, service-oriented, social, and strong communicative demeanor.
- Embrace punctuality, structure, and effective planning.
