In summary, these will be your key objectives and learning points:
- Dive into end-to-end recruitment processes, encompassing intake calls, job description creation, sourcing, screening, and conducting phone screen interviews.
Employer Branding :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive internship program for both current interns and alumni, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Fine-tune employer branding strategies to enhance the organization's reputation and attract top-tier talent.
- Assist with job postings and create job campaigns on the career site and social media platforms.
- Assist with candidate communications and employer branding activities, such as creating events, making employer branding videos.
Collaboration and coordination
- Collaborate seamlessly with talent acquisition partners, providing invaluable support in coordinating interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Leave a lasting mark on the organization's growth and success by contributing your skills, creativity, and collaborative spirit to the dynamic world of talent acquisition.
- Currently you are enrolled in a bachelor’s program (HBO), in 3 rd 4 th year HR, Business, Marketing or other relevant fields.
- You are highly motivated to learn about the broad field of Talent Acquisition and/or employer branding.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- You take initiative and you come up with new ideas.
- You have good writing and verbal communication skills.
- You are proficient in English.
