We are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position:
Value Demonstation Manager (m/f/x)

The Position:

Key responsibilities:
- Customize and implement the overall European Market Access & Pricing Strategy to fulfil the country needs resulting in optimal access, at national and regional level
- Secure national (and regional) access within agreed strategy and European Price Metrics
- Ensure that the optimal pricing and contracting strategy is aligned and implemented according to directive from regional Headquarter
Development and submission of country value dossiers
- Develop and write, with the input and support of Global/European value dossier, and in collaboration with the cross functional brand team, the required national and regional HTA and Pricing and reimbursement dossiers
- Country (and regional) adaptation of European Health Economic models (e.g. cost-effectiveness and budget impact models) to the required country & regional requirements, including collection of country & regional specific data to populate these models
- Submission and handling of country pricing and reimbursement processes, incl. objection handling
Internal/External Management:
- experience and ability to manage projects at different levels of responsibility both horizontally (cross-functional, cross-therapy) and vertically (global leadership, local representatives)
- Focus on co-creation of value-added solutions and identify new ways of effective stakeholder interactions, in close collaboration with the EU Headquarters.
- Develop valuable access projects for national and regional stakeholders according to the strategic imperatives of Value Access team.
Health Economics and Outcomes Research and Evidence generation:
- Ensure timely collection of required data to populate the Health Economic models (e.g. epi data, cost data, quality of life data etc.),
- Responsible for the generation of Real World Evidence, in close collaboration with the European HEOR&RWE Lead as well as medical affairs
- Responsible for local/country HEOR and RWE publications, in collaboration with the respective European HEOR&RWE Leads and Medical Affairs
Professional experience & Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Health Economics with additional specialisation masters (e.g. Healthcare Organisation, HTA, MBA, Healthcare Management etc.)
- At least 3 years' experience in Market Access or HTA (company and/or consulting)
