What will you do?
- Support the HR team with day-to-day HR operations and gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle.
- Help prepare employment contracts, HR documentation and personnel administration.
- Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Answer HR-related questions from colleagues and managers with guidance from the HR team.
- Contribute to internal HR projects, such as employer branding, onboarding, learning & development or process improvements.
- Help maintain internal and external HR communications.
- Bring ideas to the table and take ownership of your tasks and projects.
Who are we looking for?
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- You are eager to learn and excited about building practical HR experience.
- You work accurately, take initiative and enjoy organizing your own work.
- You communicate confidently in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- You enjoy working with people and are service-oriented.
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook and Excel).
- You are available for a full-time internship (32-40 hours per week) for 6-9 months.
