
Clinical Project Lead

The Role & Department
With a clear strategy of becoming an integrated end-to-end biotech innovation powerhouse, Genmab is now marketing and selling its own products across various markets within cancer treatment.
We are now looking for a Clinical Project Lead (CPL) to join the team, who will be responsible for oversight of a program of global studies, covering all clinical development deliverables.
The role is hybrid and can be filled either in Copenhagen or Utrecht.
Main Responsibilities Include :

Serve as core member of the Compound Development Team (CDT) representing Development Operations.

Provide input into the Clinical and Compound Development Plans developed by the CDT.

Lead and coordinate cross functional Development Operations input and ensure unified representation on CDT.

Develop operational strategy integrating trial design, operational feasibility, and operational planning to ensure programs are aligned with CDT priorities and strategy.

Provide early operational insights into protocol development and protocol outline.

Oversee a program of trials ensuring delivery to agreed budget and time, and ensuring alignment with CDT goals.

Ensure consistency between the Compound Development Plans and the delivery and output of the clinical trials.

Directly manage, mentor, and develop Global Trial Leads (GTLs), fostering professional growth.

Forecast and manage Clinical Trial Management resources including GTLs, CTMs, and CTAs.
Requirements:

Strong experience from within the pharmaceutical industry or similar large multinational organization.

Proven knowledge of end-to-end trial planning and execution.

Pr oven project management skills and knowledge of tools and processes.

Previous experience with oncology drug development process in various phases of development.

Regulatory submission knowledge.

People leader/line management experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
